Serial Number: 1551

Registration: XB-FOU

Markings: Carlos Ramirez Company, Mexico City, Mexico

Based on the earlier Model 14-12 the Cruisair Senior was first shown to the public in 1946. The Cruisair’s main selling point was relatively high performance with a lower powered engine at a reasonable cost. The Bellanca Company built approximately 600 Cruisair Seniors of various models. The model 14-13-2 entered production in 1947 and was built until late in 1948. Although relatively few were built the Cruisair has been popular with pilots who appreciate its low operating costs, good performance and the extremely strong wing structure.
