The Quail is a single-seat homebuilt aircraft designed by H. L. Woods in 1970. It is perhaps one of the easiest kit planes to build. It is of all metal construction and requires only very easy riveting to assemble. The first quails appeared in 1971. The company could provide anything from simple plans to complete packages including a modified Volkswagen engine.
