Future visitors to the Pima Air & Space Museum who have the ability to print out a ticket from an email link or have a smart phone or tablet to display the ticket can purchase non-refundable advanced ticket(s) between 2 months and up to 1 day before a tour with a nominal service fee in 2 ways:

You must have a ticket printed out or a mobile ticket on your smartphone/tablet to present to Admissions (not your emailed receipt). All tickets purchased in advance are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets for General Admission to the museum never expire.
To purchase tickets for the “Boneyard”/AMARG Tour you need to provide the name of the visitor as it appears on their government-issued identification card (ID). Government-issued IDs (driver’s license or passport) are required for everyone age 16 and older. Tickets for the “Boneyard”/AMARG are specific to the date and time purchased and must be turned in at museum Admissions for Boarding Passes at least 1 hour in advance of the tour departure time with their government-issued ID. (This "1-hour with ID" requirement is a security stipulation of the U.S. Air Force as this tour goes onto a U.S. military base.) Once you have your Boarding Pass you are considered checked in and can report directly to the tour departure area (the blue-poled ramada/metal-roofed "tent" in the Entry Pavilion). Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Boarding begins 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time however we recommend being in line before this time for the best seating. Passengers on the “Boneyard”/AMARG Tour must also present their government-issued ID at the time of boarding. The U.S. Air Force prohibits the carrying of firearms, weapons, illegal substances, backpacks, camera cases, and other non-essential items on the AMARG tour. Please leave these items in your car. All items will be visually inspected before boarding the bus.
Online ticket sales end at midnight Mountain Standard Time the day before a tour. Telephone ticket sales end at 9:00pm Eastern Standard Time the day before a tour. Admission to the Pima Air & Space Museum is not required to take the “Boneyard”/AMARG Tour but is required to take the museum's Tram Tour. Should you need to change the time of your tour after your purchase, please call ShowClix at 1-888-71TICKET to handle this revision.
Tickets for the museum’s Tram Tours are also specific to the date and time purchased and must be turned in at museum Admissions for Boarding Passes. For the Tram Tour, ticket holders need to report to Admissions at least 30 minutes before the tour departs. Once you have your Boarding Pass you are considered checked in and can report directly to the tour departure area (outside the NW door of the Main Hangar and down the ramp). Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Boarding begins 15 minutes before the departure time. Online ticket sales end at midnight Mountain Standard Time the day before a tour. Telephone ticket sales end at 9:00pm Eastern Standard Time the day before a tour. Some seats face backwards so if you don't want those seats, please be prepared by arriving as the trams load at 15 minutes before the departure.
Walk-up tickets will be available for purchase for General Admissions, the “Boneyard”/AMARG Tour and the Tram Tour on the day of the tour. We recommend arriving when the museum opens at 9:00am to get walk-up tickets. General Admission tickets do not sell out however the “Boneyard”/AMARG Tours and the Tram Tours can. The entire party must be present and present identification at the time of purchase for the "Boneyard"/AMARG tour as per U.S. government stipulations.
You can save a $1.25 service fee by buying a General Admissions/Tram Tour combination bundle (the service fee would be only $1.25 per printed combo ticket or only $2.25 per mobile combo ticket). This is the only bundle we offer and is pending the availability of the Tram Tour on the date and time you wish. Ascertain your Tram Tour time and date first!
