Catering

We have excellent in-house catering provided by our Flight Grill chefs.  We are able to host breakfast meetings, school groups, business luncheons and amazing evening events of every sort.  We are happy to customize a menu for your group and will work closely with you to ensure that your chosen menu is prepared exactly as you wish.

We have a wonderful restaurant on property that is open 9:30-4:30 P.M. daily.  The grill chefs prepare everything fresh each day - pizza, hand-pressed burgers, gourmet sandwiches and Southwestern specialities.  They take your order at the actual 'grill' and the food is delivered to your table.  It take a little longer than a normal 'museum' restaurant, but that is because each meal is made to order and the wait is worth it.  If you do have a large group coming in, we are happy to pre-make your sandwiches or wraps.  We also offer a 'Sky-Pass' voucher that allows you to be able to budget while still giving your group a choice of entree, side, beverage and dessert.  Please see our 'Group Tours' section for more information.
