One of the community’s best FREE events for kids. Each contestant will compete by building and throwing their paper airplane and the farthest throw wins amazing prizes! The top three from each age group will compete for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Each contestant in the individual competition can bring up to 4 guests for free. Lunch is provided.

Fly-A-Drone Day is BACK! You’ll learn the basics of drone flight and an obstacle course will test your drone piloting skills indoors at the museum. A tour of the museum’s drone collection is included. At the end of the session, you’ll take your drone home with you. Suited for beginners ages 6-10 and intermediate 11+.  

Get ready for an unforgettable evening at Props and Pints, a one-of-a-kind beer festival where aviation, military history, and craft brews collide for a high-flying event. This beer fest includes a tour inside the iconic 747SP SOFIA, a fire show, live music, and more. Amp it up with our Flight Simulators and watch military vehicles zip around while you sip it down. This is a 21 and over event. 

Camps are offered throughout the summer with different themes each week. Choose your favorite or attend all four weeks! Each week, campers will get to go to three museums: Pima Air and Space Museum, Tucson Military Vehicle Museum, and the Titan Missile Museum. Campers will be divided into two age groups: 6-9 and 10-12.

Have your birthday at Pima Air and Space Museum! Pizza, drinks, and a tram tour is included- add-on customizable activities for a fun and memorable birthday blast.
