Private Event Planning

The Pima Air & Space Museum makes for a great special event venue and can accommodate groups up to 300 guests.

The museum’s facilities are ideally situated for special events with opportunities for guests to view a vast array of aircraft from all corners of the world.

This venue will leave a lasting impression on your guests that they will never forget! 

Sorry, but we are unable to support any children’s birthday party functions, weddings, or wedding receptions.

Event Pricing

The Pima Air & Space Museum facility fee starts at $2000 for up to 100 people and $20 per person above 100 guests. This fee includes the exclusive use of our main hangar for 4 hours, tables, chairs, linens, PA system, and special events lighting. All food and beverage is an additional fee with a $1500 minimum plus 8.7% tax and 20% gratuity. Dinner is served buffet style with a variety of options to choose from.

Event Spaces

The Pima Air & Space Museum offers more than 20,000 square feet of event space under the wings of beautiful aircraft from all corners of the world.

Flight Central is Our main event space located in the Main Hangar. The space accommodates groups up to 300 guests under the wings of a beautifully restored F-4  Phantom II in Thunderbird markings, an F-14 Tomcat, and alongside a Blue Angels F-11 Tiger.

Spirit of Freedom is also located in the Main Hangar under the wings of the SR-71 Blackbird. This space accommodates up to 120 guests and is perfect for a more intimate setting. 

The John R. Stitt Education Center is a large, climate-controlled room that is available for meetings for groups up to 75 people. 


We are pleased to have excellent in-house catering provided by our Flight Grill chefs. We offer both a plated dinner option for up to 150 guests or buffet options for up to 300 guests.
